Orders are processed within 1 business day. Jammin' Johns is not responsible for product damaged during shipping. You must file a damage claim with UPS if you receive damaged goods.
If the product you receive is not to your satisfaction, please contact us at 812-293-4395 to request a return authorization. Returns are accepted within 30 days of product order date. Credit for the purchase price (shipping charges are not refunded) will be refunded within 10 days of the receipt of the returned item. Returns are not accepted withour prior autorization and no credit will be issued for unauthorized returns.
